Spiritual practices for your Enneagram type

Maybe this will help your soul bloom.

A while back I joined an Enneagram Summit focused on the spiritual journey.  Like most summits, it offered so many insights, but one teaching stayed with me.  – which spiritual practices best align with your Enneagram type.

The speaker, Amie Patrick was a delight to listen to.  Here suggestions felt like soul wisdom, – simple and resonant and worth coming back to again.

So, if you know your type (or have a sense of it) perhaps one of these will speak to you:

  • Type Ones embrace joy in your spiritual disciplines.
  • Type Twos honour your own needs and acknowledge frustrations.
  • Type Threes slow down and sit with the divine.
  • Type Fours practice gratitude and create structure.
  • Type Fives engage your senses and share your wisdom.
  • Type Sixes try new spiritual practices and notice what steadies you.
  • Type Sevens engage with difficult emotions as well as joyful practices.
  • Type Eights make space for tenderness, vulnerability and nuance.
  • Type Nines balance your love for contemplation with action.

I’d love to hear if this resonates with you or supports your practice!!
